Vortex (usevortex.tech) is a B2B SaaS provided as-is for professional users. Accessing the service implies acceptance of these terms.

Legal notice

Scraping and public B2B data

Vortex only extracts professional data companies have made public themselves (name, address, professional phone, SIREN, hours — via Google Maps and Societe.com). No personal email address or private individual data is collected.

You are solely responsible for the final use of extracted data and its reuse for commercial prospecting, including compliance with the B2B prospecting opt-out rules that apply.

Account and use

You are responsible for credentials, imported data, and compliance with applicable laws (prospecting, email, personal data).

Subscriptions and cancellation

Starter, Pro, and Agency plans are billed through Stripe monthly, with automatic renewal at each period. You can cancel at any time in one click from the Stripe portal available in Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid period.

Annual subscriptions are billed once for 12 months. The 14-day money-back guarantee applies from the first payment.

You may request a full refund by email within 14 days of your first payment.

Marketplace and Stripe Connect commission

If you collect payment from your own clients through Vortex's Stripe Connect integration, you accept the automatic deduction of a platform fee on each transaction: 4% on Starter, 2% on Pro, and 1% on Agency (application_fee_amount). Stripe processing fees are separate.

Security and your credentials

Vortex applies reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption at rest of the third-party credentials you give us (Google Maps key, Telegram token), password storage as a hash, and separation of data between accounts. The details are in the privacy policy. These measures are an obligation of means: no system offers absolute security.

You remain responsible for keeping your login credentials and the keys you enter into Vortex confidential, and you must notify us without delay of any unauthorized access. We recommend using dedicated, restricted, revocable API keys for Vortex.

Anti-spam policy

Using Vortex for mass, unfair, or abusive prospecting campaigns is strictly prohibited. Any confirmed such use results in immediate account suspension, with no refund of amounts already paid.
