Vortex is for web agencies, freelance developers, and small-business growth teams who prospect B2B clients, close them, then prove ongoing value with real traffic and conversion data on the client's own site instead of a one-off pitch.

## What it does

- Extracts public B2B business data (name, address, professional phone, SIREN, hours) from Google Maps and Societe.com — never personal emails or private individual data.
- Tracks prospects through a Kanban CRM with status pipeline (new, active, standby, client, blacklisted).
- Gives each client a privacy-friendly analytics beacon (no cookies) and a shareable Client Portal (/p/[token]): unique visits, form conversions, call-click peak hours, page speed, traffic origin by country, and Stripe Connect sales volume.
- Lets the agency send contracts for e-signature (upload a PDF or Word file, the signer types their name and consents, IP and timestamp are recorded) and invoice clients through Stripe.
- Collects payment two ways: SaaS subscription (for the agency using Vortex) and Stripe Connect (letting that agency invoice its own end clients, with a plan-specific Vortex platform commission).

- Pro: €129/month — Client Portal Analytics on up to 15 client sites, 2% Stripe Connect commission.
- Agency: €299/month — for agencies with more than 15 clients, 1% Stripe Connect commission.
- Lead search uses one shared technical fair-use ceiling across plans; lead quotas are not plan differentiators.
- On a €5,000 client payment, the Vortex platform fee is €200.00 on Starter, €100.00 on Pro, and €50.00 on Agency. Stripe processing fees are separate.
